Supervisor Platform

1. Who These Terms Apply To

These terms apply to any individual who creates a public profile on Supervisor Platform. By listing your profile, you agree to these terms in full.

2. What Supervisor Platform Is

Supervisor Platform is a public-facing directory designed for accredited health professionals to list their supervision, consultation, or training services. It helps supervisees and colleagues find suitable supervisors.

Supervisor Platform does not verify credentials, endorse listings, or mediate contact or agreements between users.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To create a listing, you must:

• Be professionally accredited with one of the following: HCPC, BACP, BABCP, UKCP, or IACP

• Provide your active registration or membership number

• Agree to have this membership number displayed publicly on your profile

By listing, you confirm that you are currently in good standing with your professional body and legally permitted to offer supervision.

4. Public Profiles and Visibility

Your listing will be publicly accessible and viewable by anyone who visits Supervisor Platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information you share (including email, credentials, and location) is accurate, up to date, and appropriate for public display.

5. Responsibilities as a Listed Supervisor

By using Supervisor Platform, you agree to:

• Keep your profile information accurate and updated

• Respond professionally to any supervision or consultation enquiries

• Only promote events or services relevant to psychological practice or supervision

• Ensure any training or promotional material listed is truthful and not misleading

• Remove or request removal of your profile if you are no longer offering services or no longer meet eligibility

You are fully responsible for all interactions, agreements, and services provided outside of the platform.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse Supervisor Platform. This includes—but is not limited to—harassing users, spamming, uploading inappropriate or unrelated content, or using the platform for purposes other than connecting for supervision, consultation, or relevant training.

7. Fees and Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your profile will remain visible until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, it will be unpublished but your account and data will remain securely stored in case you wish to return.

If you choose to permanently delete your data, please send a written request to info@supervisorplatform.com.

Refunds for any paid period are not offered unless legally required.

8. Profile Suspension or Removal

We reserve the right to suspend or remove listings that:

• Contain false, misleading, or inappropriate content

• Violate these terms or applicable laws

• Are submitted by users found to be in breach of professional standards

9. Platform Disclaimers

Supervisor Platform:

• Does not independently verify credentials or listings

• Is not involved in any supervisory relationship, contract, or financial transaction between users

• Is not responsible for the quality or outcome of supervision or consultation arranged through the platform

• May use anonymised data to help improve the platform or generate insights

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates your acceptance of the latest version.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
