We do not verify the credentials, licensing, or qualifications of supervisors beyond what they self-submit. Users are solely responsible for performing their own due diligence and making informed decisions when engaging with supervisors.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

7. Our Intellectual Property

All content on our site  including text, graphics, logos, and branding  is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reuse or reproduce this content without permission.

We do our best to keep the information on the site up to date but make no guarantees as to its accuracy or completeness. Users should verify supervisor credentials independently.

9. Email Communications

If you sign up to receive updates, we will email you when new supervisors join. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.

We are not liable for any outcomes related to your supervision arrangements. We simply provide the platform to connect users. Any supervision relationship is a separate agreement between the supervisor and supervisee.

14.  Eligibility and User Obligations

To use our platform, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. Supervisors must ensure they have valid credentials and experience appropriate to the services they offer. Users agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform lawfully.

15. Payment Terms

Supervisors pay a listing fee as outlined during registration. Payments are processed through our third-party provider and are subject to their terms. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Listings renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising between users must be resolved independently. If a dispute involves the platform, users agree to first attempt informal resolution via email. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration under English law.

17. Termination

We may terminate or suspend accounts at our sole discretion for any breach of these terms. Users may cancel their account at any time. Upon termination, user data may be retained as required by law or deleted as per our Privacy Policy.
