I am a senior counselling psychologist working both in the NHS and private practice. I have vast experience of working in a variety of services both primary and secondary care, both with clients and providing supervision to trainee psychologists, as well as qualified psychologists. I am an integrative psychologist, working primarily from a relational psychodynamic theoretical model and integrating other modalities in line with clients/supervisees' needs (CBT, DBT, CFT, ACT, Narrative therapy). I have a strong humanistic foundation and I can adapt supervision to what is needed to help guide you to enhancing, developing and/or considering other approaches/blind spots. Supervision is a place of reflection, being reflecive and promoting learning rather than hindering growth and development.
