I am an experienced clinical psychologist with over 20 years of NHS experience a senior clinician and leadership roles. I work predominatly with children, teens and young adults using a selection of approaches depending on the formulation, but primarily therapies under the CBT and third wave CBT umbrella. I see clients with a range of issues but work with a lot of clients with anxiety and OCD and I get lots of referrals from young people who are autistic. In my own practice, I specialise in Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT)and I am trained and certified in AAT (I also supervise and lecture on the Masters course in AAT). I like working creatively and flexibly (I also work outdoors) and I really enjoy supporting people through supervision in a very down-to-earth and practical way.
