As a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, I bring over 15 years of diverse experience from both statutory and voluntary mental health settings. Currently, I contribute to Acute Mental Health Services within the National Health Service (NHS) in addition to my private practice. I am now an Accredited EMDR Practitioner working towards my consultant status. Additionally, I have completed a postgraduate diploma in CFT, engaging in regular CFT CPD. I also set up and lead the CFT Special Interest group within my NHS Trust. I regularly offer supervision in my NHS role as well as to independent practitioners. I have a genuine interest in supporting fellow therapists to feel confident and connected in their work. I would describe my supervision style as warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity and compassion. I strive to offer a space where it’s okay to bring the difficulties, the self-doubt, as well as the parts of your work that feel genuinely proud of!
