I am a consultant clinical psychologist and accredited EMDR consultant in private practice. I previously worked in the NHS for 20 years, in secondary care services including CMHT and I was the lead for a DBT service offering full programme DBT. I have used EMDR with many clients with complex trauma and now see a range of people and specialise in trauma and anxiety. I see a number of people with traumatic bereavements and workplace bullying, as well as medico legal cases and everything in between. I also offer EMDR Coaching. I am also trained in CBT, ACT, IPT and DBT. I am very interested in polyvagal theory and working with the body. I incorporate working with parts. I like to deliver EMDR in a very compassionate and relational way, whilst also adhering to the model. I love supervising and offer individual supervision and also EMDR supervision groups.
