Clinical Psychologist

I'm a Clinical Psychologist and accredited CAT practitioner and supervisor. After over a decade working in the NHS I now work in private practice and have extensive experience of both individual and group supervision. Alongside my clinical caseload, I teach CAT on an ACAT accredited practitioner training course, on DCLIN courses, as well as teaching CAT skills in teams. If you are interested in working relationally with your clients, whether you are CAT trained, working towards this or simply want to work in a more dynamic and relational, formulation led way then it's likely we would be a good fit. My background is in complexity, eating difficulties and working with perfectionism. Although my main model (as you've probably guessed by now!) is CAT, I enjoy working in an integrative way, incorporating other approcahces such as CFT and IFS. I am trained in core clinical supervision skills and I ensure my CPD in this area is regular and appropriate.
