I’m a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with a background in perinatal and neonatal mental health and trauma. I offer supervision that’s compassionate, curious, and rooted in real-world practice. I draw on a range of models including ACT, EMDR (I’m trained but not a consultant), CBT, and CFT, holding these flexibly rather than rigidly. I am neuroaffirming and hold the person at the centre of what I do, always prioritising the person in front of me. Supervision with me is collaborative and reflective. Sessions might include making space to process complex client work, exploring what’s coming up for you emotionally, gently unpicking stuckness or imposter feelings, and finding language or metaphors that help things make sense. You can expect a human-first space that adapts to what you need, whether that’s clinical formulation, ethical reflection, stuckness, your own stuff, or simply time to pause and think. I especially enjoy supporting clinicians who are navigating trauma work, working with parents or families, or exploring their identity as a therapist (especially those who are neurodivergent, newly qualified, or working in complex systems). If you're looking for supervision that holds both you and the work with care, I'd love to connect.
