I'm a consultant clinical psychologist with over 20 years experience in supervising psychologists and therapists from varied professional backgrounds. I have been involved in the training and development of psychologists as a trainer, mentor and coach on various training courses, in the NHS, in the third sector and in private practice. I offer specialist clinical supervision around a range of complex psychological difficulties, alongside tailored support in leadership, safeguarding and issues of work/life balance. I offer a space to nurture your practice, develop your business, build your professional identity and cultivate your confidence. I have a particular interest in support clinician's and therapists to curate sustainable and values driven work practices that replenish rather than deplete. I'm also interested in ways that we can work ethically to improve public health and well-being outside of traditional NHS services and diagnostic systems.
