Becky Grace Irwing

Psychotherapist

Location:

Norwich/Online

I’m an accredited CBT and EMDR therapist (working towards accreditation with EMDR UK) with a background in mental health nursing, specialising in eating disorders, neurodiversity (including ADHD, Autism & OCD), and complex trauma. My approach to clinical supervision is collaborative, reflective, and supportive, with a strong focus on sustainability and ethical, client-centred practice. I offer supervision to therapists at all stages, but especially enjoy supporting those working with complex presentations or navigating the challenges of private practice. I draw on my experience across inpatient, community, and private settings, and integrate compassion-focused and trauma-informed frameworks into my supervisory work. A typical session involves space to reflect on clinical dilemmas, stuck points, and relational dynamics—alongside gentle accountability, encouragement, and attention to the therapist’s wellbeing. Supervisees often say they leave our sessions with greater clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of connection to their work. I work best with reflective, values-led therapists who want to deepen their clinical thinking, grow in confidence, and feel energised in their work—not burnt out by it.
