I enjoy offering supervision and the values I bring to working with clients are also ones I bring to my supervisory practice, compassion, understanding, flexibility, and a desire to help my supervisees learn and grow through their practice. Although, predominantly, I offer CBT supervision at present, I have experience incorporating the different therapies modalities I am trained in, EMDR, CFT and IPT, into the supervision I provide within my NHS role as a Senior (Step 3+) Psychological Therapist and in private practice. I have facilitated group supervision for therapists and managers within my NHS role. I have a particular interest in working with neurodivergent clients, and have worked extensively with complex trauma so am familiar with structural dissociation and parts work.
