Hi, I'm Mal Jones. I've specialised in Sexual violence and Domestic abuse for around 10 years now and am also a qualified ISVA (Independant Sexual Violence Advisor). I spent 4 years working for a specialist SV/DV charity, then completed my therapy training in 2019. I work mostly with people suffering CPTSD and dissociative disorders in my private practice and use IFS, Brainspotting and, increasingly, Deep Brain Reorienting. I often use IFS with my Supervisees to explore issues around countertransferance and ruptures in the therapeutic relationship.
