I am an HCPC registered Counselling Psychologist. I have extensive experience in working with complex developmental & sexual trauma, childhood neglect, dissociation & attachment-related difficulties. My clinical practice is grounded in relational and trauma-informed approaches, with EMDR & intensives forming a central part of the work I do with clients. I have a long history of working with high-risk and complex presentations, including in forensic settings and personality disorder services. This has shaped my understanding of the nuanced challenges clinicians face when working with trauma that is layered, enduring, and relationally complex. I offer clinical supervision to psychologists, psychotherapists, and therapists who work with trauma. My approach is reflective, collaborative, and containing — creating space to think deeply about clinical material while also attending to the emotional impact of trauma work on the therapist. Supervision with me includes space for case formulation, clinical decision-making, and thinking about the therapeutic relationship whilst acknowledging the personal toll of complex work. I believe supervision should support not only clinical competence but also the internal steadiness required to do trauma work well, particularly in cases that feel ethically or emotionally complex. Whether you're managing stuckness, risk, or the emotional weight of the work, supervision offers a steady space to reflect, feel supported, and stay resourced.
