I am a Gestalt trained psychotherapist and integrative clinical supervisor, offering individual and group supervision to qualified and trainee therapists. I offer a collaborative, exploratory, non-judgemental space, encouraging curiosity and awareness, with an openness to creativity and embodiment, if that supports you and your work with clients. Specializing in many areas, some of which include complex trauma, self harm, suicide, neurodiversity, sex and relationships, bereavements and loss, addictions, disordered eating, and have lots of experience of working with cultural differences and young people/parents; as well as adults. I have experience of running supervision groups within the NHS, where I can support a brief solution focussed approach alongside other modalities. I also have many years of experience in long term open ended work, supporting supervisee's with working at relational depth. My early experience involve working for many years supporting children in schools, and within my private practice, working for the charity Place2be as a school project manager, where I supervised trainee volunteer counsellors, managed referrals and completed assessments and supported teaching staff within challenging inner city London schools. I am a group facilitator and trainer and therefore understand the complexities of group dynamics, and couples work. In person and online availability.
