I am a qualified Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, Lecturer, and Trainer with over a decade of experience across the NHS, private practice, EAP services, and international mental health organisations. I hold two Level 7 postgraduate qualifications Clinical Supervision and an Advanced Clinical Diploma in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy and I am nearing completion of my Master’s in Advanced Counselling and Psychotherapy (Supervision). My supervisory style is warm, collaborative, and reflective. I focus on creating a safe, culturally sensitive, and grounded space where practitioners can explore their work openly, build confidence, think ethically, and deepen their therapeutic identity. I balance empathy with constructive challenge, supporting supervisees to grow both professionally and personally. Clinically, I have worked with trauma, addiction, domestic abuse, anxiety, depression, workplace stress, and complex emotional needs. My experience spans Nuffield Health, Lyra Health, Health Assured, BUPA, BetterHelp, Xyla Digital Therapies, and the NHS. As a supervisor, I bring compassion, clarity, and a steady presence. I am dedicated to nurturing practitioners at every stage of their journey, helping them feel supported, empowered, and confident in their work.
