I believe supervision should be a safe, reflective space—somewhere you can explore new ideas, think through dilemmas, develop skills, be creative, and learn from difficult situations. My approach is grounded in collaboration, compassion, curiosity and integrity, and shaped by the supervision models I have personally found most helpful throughout my clinical career. I have worked as a Clinical Psychologist for nearly 22 years, initially within NHS CAMHS teams and, since 2017, in independent practice. In my most recent NHS role, I was Lead Psychologist and Professional Lead for Psychology and Psychotherapy. I have extensive experience providing clinical and professional supervision to practitioners with varying levels of experience and from a range of professional backgrounds. I am passionate about client-centred, empowering practice. My areas of specialism are child and adolescent mental health, particularly teens struggling with low mood and anxiety; autism and mental health and parenting. My main therapeutic models include ACT, CBT and systemic frameworks. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Systemic Practice with Families and Couples, and a Postgraduate Certificate in CYP-IAPT Supervision.
