I am a UKCP-registered Integrative Psychotherapist and BACP-registered Integrative Counsellor with over seven years of clinical experience. I am currently undertaking the Diploma in Integrative Supervision at the Minster Centre (accredited by UKCP). While completing this training, I’m offering low-cost relational-embodied supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists — both in training and post-qualification — as well as those in pastoral or support roles (e.g. teachers, social workers, youth workers, probation officers). Sessions are available online or in person in Abbey Wood, SE2. My approach to supervision is reflective and integrative, grounded in curiosity, compassion, humour, and ethical rigour. I aim to co-create a space that deepens insight, supports growth, and holds both therapist and client with care amid the complexities of clinical life. Informed by my MA research, I hold a particular interest in how therapists/practitioners integrate their professional and personal selves. Fees (Introductory — fixed until January 2027) Individual Supervision (50 minutes) • Trainees – £30 • Qualified practitioners – £40 Group Supervision (2 hours, 3–4 participants) • Trainees – £25 each • Qualified practitioners – £35 each If you’d like to arrange an initial meeting or find out more, please get in touch. We can explore whether the space between us feels right, and how supervision might best serve your practice and your clients.
