Sarah is an experienced Clinical Psychologist, 14 years Post Doctorate, trained in supervision by the University of Birmingham. She is an accredited Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapist and PACE trainer, completing her DDP Consultancy. Sarah has expertise in developmental trauma, informed by her interests in Somatic Practice, Sensory Processing and Neurodiversity. She utilises techniques from Compassionate Mind Therapy, and draws on her training in Theraplay®, Non‑Violent Resistance and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Sarah is also a Theatre Practitoner, offering Consultation to the Creative Arts and therapeutic support to Performers and Artists. Her approach values the importance of connection and value of play and exploration, drawing on her experiences with improvisation and clowning.
