I am a Clinical Psychologist, and have been registered since 2013. I work predominantly with high achieving adults who struggle with perfectionism, imposter syndrome, anxiety, burnout, and relational difficulties. I also have a lot of previous experience working with adolescents, and I am trained in systemic family therapy. I like to work in a pragmatic way, understanding the process and patterns that keep individuals stuck in cycles, despite having insight. I use an integratve approach, drawing predominantly from systemic thinking, narrative therapy, solution focused therapy, and ACT. I believe that the most powerful vehicle of change is in the therapeutic relationship. I also work with Autism and ADHD, and have a particular interest in ADHD. On a more personal note, I believe that there is something powerful in our humanity and authenticity as therapists. I am warm, kind, and down-to-earth, with a good sense of humor and slightly irreverant at times, although highly ethical in all I do. I'm a quick thinker and enjoy a balance of intellectualising and feeling. I enjoy supervising and mentoring other psychologists and therapists, and I am very practical in the support I offer. I would be happy to welcome a free intro chat so we can get a feel for "fit".
