I am a HCPC registered Clincal Psychologist who specialises in working with neurodivergent people across the lifespan. I worked for 10 years in specialist neurodevelopmental CAMHS and adult services in the NHS. In my role as Clinical Lead I set up two new NHS services supporting autistic and ADHD adults to access therapy adapted to their needs, diagnostic assessment and supported those who were at risk of hospital admission due to their mental health. I currently work privately, providing neuroaffirmative diagnostic assessments for adults. I specialise in assessing complex cases, women or late diganosed adults, or those who have experienced trauma. I also provide post-diagnostic support and psychological therapy for neurodivergent adults. I have additional therapy training in CFT, EMDR, DBT, ACT and Systemic Family Therapy, which I use integratively. I regularly conduct teaching and training on the subject of neurodiversity to other professionals. I have recently taught The School of Life therapists, as well as KCL students. I have co-created a novel group therapy programme to support parents of autistic children. In 2023 I co-founded The Neurodiversity Practice proving training, consultation and support to businesses, professionals and families. We host a supportive community of neurodivergent parents called The Neurodivergent Parent Space. I provide regular and ad hoc supervision for therapists looking to develop their skills in working with neurodivergent people
