I’m an HCPC-registered clinical psychologist and the founder of Thea Psychology: a small, values-led associate practice offering evidence-based therapy and workshops for women's mental health. I trained at Salomons, qualifying in 2017. I bring to supervision the belief that we are no different to the people we work with - we all experience difficulty, vulnerability, and growth. I’ve had my own experiences with mental health challenges over the years, and I now find myself in a stage of life where I feel more content and grounded than ever. That’s not by chance, but the result of a long-standing commitment to my relationship with myself, and to caring for my mental and physical wellbeing. I work best with supervisees who are open to holding their humanity in the room - those who are reflective and interested in supervision as a space for both clinical thinking and personal insight. My clinical approach is grounded in ACT, CFT and polyvagal theory, with a particular focus on women’s wellbeing and identity. As a supervisor, I offer a reflective space where compassion and connection are central. I'm interested in supporting you as a person in the clinician role - not just focusing on what you do, but on how you're feeling and experiencing things. My approach is supportive and includes full invitation to be real.
