I’m Dr Lucky Ganatra, a Clinical Psychologist who has been qualified for 8 years. I primarily work with children, families and the systems that support them. I’ve worked across the NHS, voluntary services, schools, residential care and charities, giving me a grounded understanding of the realities clinicians face with young people and complex family networks. My clinical background includes developmental trauma, attachment difficulties, neurodevelopmental assessment, parenting capacity work and safeguarding. I have completed specialist training in EMDR, DDP, neurodevelopmental assessment and paediatric neuropsychology, and I also practise as an Expert Witness in Family Courts. I lead Evolving Families, a specialist service for children and families with emotional, behavioural, relational and developmental needs, particularly those who have experienced adversity or disrupted care. In supervision, I aim to create a reflective, containing and collaborative space where supervisees can think deeply about their cases, build confidence and explore their therapeutic identity. My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-focused and informed by neuropsychological understanding. I enjoy supporting clinicians to navigate complexity, make sense of behaviour through formulation and maintain perspective in multi-agency contexts. Whether you are newly qualified or more experienced, I offer supervision that balances clinical thinking, development and reflective practice.
