As the founder and director of a thriving mental health consultancy and therapy practice, I deliver a wide range of psychological services to individuals, professionals, and organisations across the UK and internationally. My work integrates therapeutic expertise with strategic consultancy, offering clinical supervision, bespoke training, and therapeutic interventions to clients from diverse backgrounds. I'm a very nurturing, empathic and understanding supervisor, who values facilitating a safe and carign environment to support people to thrive and develop naturally, I also value spending time building a reflective space where supervisees can bring their full selves / personal identity to supervision, I provide clinical oversight and reflective supervision to both emerging and experienced practitioners, including supporting their development through a compassionate, ethically grounded, and evidence-based approach. My clinical work spans young people, adults, families, and teams, drawing on models including CBT, EMDR & other integrative approaches. I'm an experienced accredited cliinical supervisor currently facilitating monthly group supervisions for accredited CBT therapists, supervision-of-supervision groups for supervisors, HEI supervision for CBT trainees, and individual supervision across a range of experience levels and multidisciplinary professionals.
