Hi, I am Eve, I am a BABCP Accredited CBT Psychotherapist and Supervisor. I am also trained in EMDR. In addition to the clinical work and supervision I offer I am a Clinical Supervisor for the Post Graduate CBT Training course at the University of Reading. I have over 12 years experience working with mental health, this includes within the NHS and private practice. I am experienced in delivering both 1:1 and group supervision, supporting therapists at various stages of their training and their career development. In addition to providing space to discuss clinical cases I enjoy the use of active supervision methods e.g. chair work, CTS-R and the use of reflective models to guide discussion. I do recognise that supervision is also a valuable space to support your wellbeing and welcome discussion around these areas also. I am passionate about the supervision I deliver, I approach supervision collaboartively with a curious mindset and would be delighted to support you.
