About Me I’m Chris, a Clinical Psychologist, working primarily with children and adolescents as well as some adult clients. Alongside my clinical work, I am passionate about providing supervision that feels relaxed, approachable, and grounded in real-world practice. I believe effective supervision isn’t just about case discussion or ticking clinical boxes—it’s about bringing the whole person to the space, supporting professional growth while also attending to the values, challenges, and wellbeing of the supervisee. My Approach to Supervision My style is warm, collaborative, and supportive, with a focus on creating a safe environment where supervisees can reflect openly, explore uncertainties, and develop their confidence. I encourage supervisees to use the space not only to sharpen their clinical skills but also to connect with their own experiences and identity as practitioners. I draw on a range of therapeutic models—including CBT, ACT, CFT, and systemic concepts—which also shape how I think about supervision. Whether you’re newly qualified, in training, or an experienced practitioner, I aim to offer a balance of structure and flexibility, tailored to your needs and stage of professional development. I value supervision as a place where creativity, curiosity, and authenticity can thrive.
