I am an experienced Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of working in CAMHS and supporting children, young people, and adults in the context of neurodiversity. I have extensive experience supervising assessments for both ASD and ADHD and I am trained in ADOS and 3Di. Alongside neurodevelopmental work, I have specialised in supporting those experiencing anxiety, trauma, and PTSD. I am particularly drawn to approaches that honour the whole person, including IFS and EMDR (IFS Part 1 trained), and I enjoy exploring how these can be integrated in work with both children and adults and parents. I also lean into and draw from CFT, ACT and narrative approaches. I am also passionate about the human side of our profession—leadership, growth, and the ever present challenges of burnout. I believe in creating safe, supportive spaces where these experiences can be acknowledged and worked through, so we can move toward regulation and renewal. At the heart of my practice is a commitment to compassionate, collaborative supervision that feels authentic, grounding, and kind. I bring my whole self into my professional relationships, including a sense of humour and warmth, and I value supervision as a place of mutual learning, reflection, and growth.
