Clinical Psychologist

I’m a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience, having qualified in 2009. After more than a decade in NHS older adult mental health services, I now work independently, supporting health professionals experiencing burnout and work-related trauma. I offer clinical and reflective supervision to psychologists and other health professionals. My areas of interest include staff support, work-related trauma, burnout, ADHD, and the transition into private practice. My approach is warm, collaborative, and reflective, creating space to explore clinical work, personal wellbeing, and professional growth. I draw on ACT, EMDR and CFT, and enjoy weaving creative elements—like craft and metaphor—into my practice. In addition to regular or ad-hoc supervision, I offer annual and quarterly reflection and planning sessions. These help review progress, clarify goals, identify development needs, and strengthen wellbeing structures—particularly helpful for those in private practice without a formal appraisal system, or NHS staff seeking more personalised reflection. Sessions are held online on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 9.30am and 3.30pm. If you're looking for a supportive, thoughtful space to reflect, grow and feel replenished in your work, do get in touch.
