Hi I'm Ravi - As a registered Practitioner Psychologist with over 15 years of experience in the field of mental health and wellbeing, I bring a depth of clinical expertise, reflective practice, and a strong commitment to ethical and evidence-based care. My career has encompassed a broad range of therapeutic settings, including NHS services, community mental health, private practice, and specialist psychological services, enabling me to work effectively with individuals across the lifespan and with diverse presentations. In my role as a Clinical Supervisor, I offer a supportive, collaborative, and developmentally attuned approach to supervision. I aim to create a safe and reflective space where supervisees can explore clinical work, enhance their therapeutic skills, and grow in professional confidence. I draw upon integrative psychological models—tailored to the needs of the supervisee—and emphasize the importance of clinical formulation, therapeutic alliance, and maintaining professional boundaries. My supervisory practice is informed by current research, clinical guidelines, and the standards set by professional bodies including the HCPC and BPS. I am particularly committed to fostering reflective practice, promoting ethical decision-making, and supporting clinician wellbeing. I am currently specialising in trauma, policing, occupational health.
