I’m a psychoanalytic psychotherapist with fifteen years of experience in working with relational issues, existential problems and trauma. My clients have been diverse in age and background, and our therapeutic journey continued with confronting a wide range of issues, including trauma, loss, anxiety, anger, shame, eating disorders, body image concerns, and relationship difficulties. In my practice, I draw on psychoanalytic principles, focusing on the unconscious processes that shape our behaviors, thoughts, and relationships. I am a clinical supervisor for three years in Clinical Psychology MA Program in İstanbul Bilgi University. I supervise MA students completing their clinical placements. Apart from university, for the past two years, I have also been providing remote supervision to early-career psychotherapists, counsellors, or psychologists seeking psychodynamic consultation. My supervisory approach is rooted in psychoanalytic thinking, with a focus on clinical safety, reflective practice, and the integration of theory and technique.
