I am a HCPC-registered clinical psychologist and an ISST-accredited advanced accredited Schema Therapist and Supervisor-Trainer. I completed my clinical training in the UK and worked in the NHS for a number of years before relocating to Prague, where I work remotely with clients and supervisees from around the world. I specialise in working with adult individuals with complex presentations, including personality problems, complex trauma and depression and anxiety. I've had a lot of experience adapting my approach for different cultural backgrounds. I provide certification supervision for people wanting to pursue Schema Therapy accreditation, as well as Schema Therapy-informed and integrative (non-Schema specific) clinical supervision. I aim to provide a warm, supportive and empathic supervision experience that mirrors the process of Schema Therapy by integrating experiential elements to increase insight and develop supervisees' confidence and competence in doing Schema Therapy with clients. I offer a free 30-minute initial call to discuss supervisee needs and assess compatilbility. A bit about me: I'm from Dublin originally but have lived, studied and worked in the UK, Australia and now the Czech Republic, where I've put down roots with my daughter and Czech husband. Outside of work I love running, hiking, football, family, friends and podcasts.
