I am a Consultant level Clinical Psychologist with 25 years' experience as a clinician. I have worked extensively in adult services in the NHS as well as in private practice over the last two decades. For the previous 10 years, I have been the Director of my own private practice in Sevenoaks where I see adult clients with a range of mental health problems. Prior to this, I held practising privileges at the Priory. I am particularly interested in trauma and am EMDR trained. I have a primarily psychodynamic orientation, but hold an interest in integrative therapy which I have taught at Doctoral level. Other models of interest are CBT, ACT and Mindfulness. I worked as a Clinical & Academic tutor on the Salomons Doctoral Course alongside my private practice roles for a period of 10 years; and enjoyed teaching and guiding trainees as well as helping them to build their confidence and clinical skills.
