Clinical Psychologist

Supervision Approach: I offer a supervision space where people feel safe and confident to bring their whole selves. My style is warm and deeply human—grounded in compassion, authenticity, and our relationship. I aim to create a reflective environment that encourages integrative thinking about the needs of those you support, while also exploring how your identity—both within and beyond work—shapes and is shaped by your practice. Drawing on my experiences working with families and my own journey as a parent, I am passionate about supporting people navigating transitions into parenthood, returning to work, or making career choices that balance professional aspirations with family life. Please do not hesitate to get in touch – I offer a free consultation to explore whether we might be a good fit. Clinical Background: I am a clinical psychologist with more than a decade of NHS experience across specialist and generic child and adolescent mental health services, including both health and social care settings. I now work in private practice. My areas of specialism are parent-child/infant relationships, understanding and managing distress related behaviours, neurodivergence and identity, parenting, developmental trauma and nurturing self-compassion. My clinical work is informed by child development, attachment theory, polyvagal theory, compassion-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and systemic and narrative approaches.
