I am accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) practitioner and clinical supervisor with extensive experience in supporting therapists, trainees, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based interventions. With a strong background in primary healthcare and working with military personnel. I specialise in guiding clinicians to develop their skills in CBT formulation, intervention delivery, and reflective practice along with maintaining wellbeing and preventing burnout. Primarily utilising Proctors model of supervision. As a supervisor, I provide structured, collaborative, and supportive supervision to ensure therapeutic integrity, adherence to NICE guidelines, and ongoing professional development. My approach emphasises reflective practice, ethical decision-making, and therapist well-being, fostering a safe space for growth and clinical excellence. In addition to supervision, I have a breadth of clinical expertise in working with individuals experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and complex presentations. I am passionate about integrating compassion-focused approaches and schema-informed techniques where appropriate, to enhance both therapeutic outcomes and practitioner confidence.
