Hi, I’m Gurpreet — a Clinical Psychologist and supervisor who believes supervision should be a space where you can exhale, be fully seen, and grow without performance pressure. My approach is informed by years in both the NHS and private practice, but more deeply by my lived experiences of grief, otherness, and the long work of unlearning the inner critic that told me I had to earn my place at the table. I’ve often felt like I existed in the margins, between identities, between systems, between expectations. That experience has deeply shaped how I work. I know what it’s like to carry complex loss while still needing to show up for others. I know the weight of imposter syndrome, how it creeps into our clinical rooms, our confidence, our business decisions. And I know what it means to slowly build a professional life that actually reflects who you are, not just what you’ve trained to do. My supervision style reflects all of this. I offer a warm, reflective, and gently challenging space to explore clinical material, stuck points, therapist identity, and systemic pressures. I particularly enjoy supporting early-career psychologists, those from marginalised or underrepresented backgrounds, and practitioners shifting from the NHS into a more values-led, sustainable private practice. My therapeutic grounding includes EMDR, CFT, ACT and IFT. I work in a trauma-informed, intersectional and compassionate way and bring that lens into supervision. If this resonates, get in touch.
