HCPC-Registered Clinical Psychologist | Senior Clinician | Supervisor I’m an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with over 17 years’ experience working with people across the lifespan. Over the years I’ve supported clients in both mental and physical health settings, helping with a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and health-related difficulties. My work has taken place within the NHS, independent organisations, and private practice, both face-to-face and online. As a supervisor, I aim to create a safe, supportive, and reflective space where supervisees can feel heard, gain confidence, and grow in their clinical practice. I see supervision as a collaborative process, a place to think together about challenges, celebrate progress, and find clarity in complex situations. My clinical interests include CBT, DBT, Schema Therapy, ACT, mindfulness-based approaches, and working within a neurodiversity-affirming perspective. I draw on these models flexibly in supervision, with the aim of supporting each supervisee to develop their own clinical voice and approach. In my free time, I love being outdoors — gardening and going for walkies with my dog are my favourite ways to unwind. Lately I’ve also been diving into creative projects, studying creative coding and UX design at Norwich University of the Arts.
