Hi, I am a HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist and EMDR Consultant in training (likely to be a Consultant by Autumn 2025). I have two main clinic specialisms: - The first is perinatal, this includes supporting with infertility; baby loss; birth trauma and difficult experiences in pregnancy or the postnatal period such as NICU. - The second is neurodiversity, which includes providing NICE approved ADHD assessments and ADHD post diagnostic support (therapy and coaching). I am hugely passionate about both of my specialisms and love providing training and supervision (1:1 and group) to other Psychologists working in these areas in private practice, or in NHS teams (Perinatal, MMHS and/or MNPI). I also supervise midwives and a number of different baby loss charities. My main therapeutic models are: EMDR, ACT, CFT, DBT and CBT. I also draw on systemic, schema, narrative, IFS and CAT principles. I run an associate practice and so I have lots of experience helping Psychologists who are starting out in and/or developing their own private practices.
