Dr Erica McInnis is a Chartered Consultant Clinical Psychologist, registered with the HCPC and a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). With over 20 years’ post-qualification experience, she offers supervision in a wide range of areas including African Psychology, Black and Global Majority People’s excellence, intellectual and learning disabilities, trauma, and disability psychotherapy. Her expertise also covers behaviours of distress (including functional analysis), forensic and secure settings, psychodynamically informed approaches, mental health and personality-related issues, and integrative therapeutic models. Dr McInnis also provides specialist support for professionals working in private and independent practice, sharing practical strategies for sustainability and culturally syntonic
