I’m an HCPC-registered and BPS Chartered Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience in NHS and independent settings. I’m a member of the Association of Clinical Psychologists (ACP). I work with adults and YP 14 yrs+ with a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals, predominantly those who are autistic or have ADHD. I offer consultations, therapy, coaching, diagnostic assessments and post-diagnostic support. I’m trained in the ADOS-2, ADI-R, MIGDAS-2, and ACIA, and supervise clinicians developing skills in assessment, differential diagnosis, and working with subtle or masked presentations. My supervision style is collaborative and formulation-led, shaped by neuroaffirmative principles and insights from those with lived experience. I aim to create a reflective space where supervisees feel safe to explore uncertainty, think critically, and grow in confidence. I adapt my approach to meet the individual needs and preferences of each supervisee. My approach is integrative, drawing on models including attachment theory, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), trauma-informed, and systemic approaches. I’ve completed the BPS-approved Certificate in Clinical Supervision (SDS Seminars), meeting standards for the BPS RAPPS register. I offer individual, group, and one-off supervision sessions. A typical session may involve discussing a complex assessment, co-formulating, or exploring adaptations for neurodivergent clients
